Signature Display Concepts

Date: 2026-03-08 Purpose: Explore a unique, ownable way to photograph/display diamonds that becomes the Clarity Diamonds visual signature.

1. Ice Block

Diamond resting on a crystal-clear block of ice, slightly melting. Plays directly on the “Clarity” name. Tension between permanence (diamond) and impermanence (ice). Cold, clean, dramatic.

2. Water Surface

Diamond sitting on perfectly still water, creating tiny ripples. Reflection beneath doubles the sparkle. Serene, meditative, minimal. Unlike anything competitors use.

3. Glass Prism

Diamond placed on a clear glass prism splitting light into rainbow refractions. Scientific, educational — ties to the “we help you understand what you’re buying” positioning. Elegant and distinctive.

4. Raw Quartz Crystal

Diamond resting on a cluster of clear quartz points. Lab-grown meets natural crystal — modern meets ancient. Textural contrast, very Instagram-worthy.

5. Dewdrop on Leaf

Diamond replacing a dewdrop on a fresh green leaf. Macro photography style. Organic, delicate, unexpected for jewellery. Stands out immediately in a social feed.

6. Resin Cube

Diamond suspended in a perfectly clear resin block, like a museum specimen. Modern, architectural, minimalist. Nobody else does this.

Animation Prompts

Use each image as the starting frame (image-to-video). These prompts are designed for tools like Runway, Kling, Pika, or Veo.

1. Ice Block — Melting Reveal

Slow cinematic shot. The ice block gradually melts, water droplets forming and sliding down the surface. Tiny wisps of cold mist drift from the ice. The ring remains perfectly still and gleaming as the ice slowly disappears around it. Camera holds steady, slight push-in over 5 seconds. The diamond catches light and sparkles as water pools at the base. Ambient cool blue lighting.

Why it works: The melting creates natural movement without touching the ring. Hypnotic, ASMR-adjacent. Perfect for Instagram Reels — people will watch it loop.

2. Water Surface — Ripple Drop

A single water droplet falls from above and hits the still water surface near the ring, sending gentle concentric ripples outward. The ring sits undisturbed as the ripples pass beneath and around it. The reflection of the diamond shimmers and distorts slightly with each ripple. Camera is low, almost at water level. Slow motion. Soft overhead spotlight.

Why it works: Simple, elegant movement. The ring is the calm centre while everything moves around it. Great for a “quiet luxury” feel.

3. Glass Prism — Light Sweep

A beam of white light slowly sweeps across the glass prism from left to right, shifting the rainbow refractions across the white surface. As the light passes through the diamond, it erupts with fire and sparkle. The prismatic colours dance and shift as the light angle changes. Slow, smooth movement. Camera holds steady with a gentle tilt up toward the ring.

Why it works: The light does all the work — no object needs to move. Scientific and mesmerising. Ties to the education/knowledge brand positioning.

4. Raw Quartz — Camera Orbit

Slow 180-degree orbit around the ring sitting on the quartz crystal cluster. As the camera moves, different facets of the diamond and quartz catch light and sparkle at different angles. Shallow depth of field — the background quartz crystals blur and sharpen as the focus plane shifts. Warm directional lighting. Cinematic, editorial pace.

Why it works: The orbit reveals new angles and sparkle. The texture of the raw quartz gives the eye something to explore. Feels premium and editorial.

5. Dewdrop / Leaves — Morning Awakening

Early morning macro scene. A gentle breeze causes the leaves to sway slightly. Tiny dewdrops catch light and shimmer. One dewdrop slides slowly down a leaf toward the ring. The diamond sparkles in the shifting natural light. Soft bokeh background with dappled morning sunlight filtering through foliage. Camera holds with very subtle breathing movement.

Why it works: Organic, alive, completely different from any jewellery brand. The natural movement makes it feel real and intimate. Great for TikTok and stories.

6. Resin Cube — Rotate and Reveal

The clear resin cube slowly rotates on a turntable, revealing the ring suspended inside from all angles. As it turns, light refracts through the resin at different angles creating subtle caustic light patterns on the white surface below. The diamond inside catches light at different points in the rotation, creating bursts of sparkle. Clean, minimal, architectural lighting. Smooth continuous rotation.

Why it works: The turntable is the simplest animation — one continuous movement. The resin creates constantly shifting light. Feels like a museum exhibit or luxury product launch. Perfect for a hero video on the homepage.
